Group classes:

  • Pilates: a really well designed session covering all planes of motion on a balanced and structured class

  • Bootcamp: if your aim is to improve your metabolism, stamina, loose weight or keep the weight off

  • Stretch and relaxation: calm your mind and body, improve flexibility, strength, breathing capacity and general wellbeing

    1-2-1:

  • These sessions are tailor made to your specific goals and they can be a combination of all of the above or just one discipline. We will discuss your goals and wishes on a phone call and workout a plan to work together. I work closely with physiotherapists and consultants to safely design a program that will suit your exact needs should you have a specific condition that requires medical supervision.

  • Whether you are already engaged in routine healthy lifestyle behaviors or looking to start new ones, this is for you!

  • Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living Programme is intended to act as a jumpstart toward the happy, healthy lifestyle you dream of that helps you look and feel your best.

Equipment

 

Group classes

Pilates: there is no need for any equipment for most of these sessions. All you need to begin with is a mat and yourself

Bootcamp, Sweaty Gym: I recommend that you purchase a set of small home weights to achieve better and quicker results (see recommended list). However it is not necessary. A couple of bottles of water, cans of soup, washing powder bags will do just fine if you wish to use home props.

Stretch and Relaxation: a mat and an elastic exercise band is required (see recommended list). If you do not have one you can use a towel as an alternative to the band.

Sweaty Mama Fitness and Mamilates with baby: I would recommend a mat and a sling so you can exercise safely with your little one and small weights or home weights if you wish.

1-2-1

Once we have had our call and have agreed on a plan to work together we will discuss which small equipments you should be getting (some may be part of your plan) and when you should be getting those as it will depend very much on your goal.

However to begin with, there is no need to have any equipment at home, only a mat and yourself.
