This Cardio fitness session is your complete fat burning workout to create stamina, strength, release those so much loved endorphins and give you the mood boosting that you are looking for. It will leave you feeling energised and soon you will notice what a difference it will make on your day to day.

It will help you loose or keep the weight off as we work with interval training to maximise calorie burning and it will help you to feel stronger and fitter! 

One of the best ways to reduce your stress is through exercise. this class is fun, and lets you forget the stresses of the day!

With a package you will get the motivation and encouragement that you need to come back each week!

You can choose from a shorter (up to 30min) Sweaty Gym session or a longer one (45-55min) Bootcamp.

The choice is yours but there are no excuses to not get fit! Learn to do cardio the safe way and at your pace!

Sessions are taught via Zoom and Facebook live and once you join our fabulous Facebook group you will get a library of sessions to choose from as long as you are still a member.
